All of our tack rooms are fully enclosed, lit, and cleaned regularly to minimize dust and pests. Each tack room is kept locked and boarders are issued programmed key fobs to allow them access to their tack room. 

Our indoor wash rack was recently redone. It features heated water and wall heaters for winter bathing.

We set up biweekly jump courses in our outdoor arena and on one of our flat stretches of grass. Boarders have access to our barrels, cones, ground poles and jump standards if they would like to practice when a barn course is not set up.

All of our boarding packages, except Basic Pasture, include weekly supplement prep. Boarders must provide their own supplements, but the barn staff will package and feed the supplements.

To combat the extreme summer heat, we adjust our turnout schedule for our stalled horses during the summer so they are turned out at night. This allows them to be inside, out of the sun, and under a fan during the heat of the day.

All of our stalls have closed motor fans for increased ventilation in the summer. Closed motor fans pose a significantly lower fire risk than the traditional box fans used in most barns.

Our turnouts and dry lots feature a grid system and gravel to reduce mud in the winter. Turn outs and dry lots are picked daily to prevent manure from building up and to prevent flies. All horses are turned out individually, but will share a fence line with other horses. We have both grass and dry lot turn outs for our stall horses, depending on their needs.

With the exception of our insulated Bar Bar A waterers that do not require heat, all horses are provided with a heated water source in the winter to ensure that they have access to clean water in all weather.

All of our fencing is solid and includes a combination of pipe, vinyl flex fencing, and no climb wire. Most fences are topped with hot wire to help minimize conflict between horses. There is no barbed wire fencing on any of turnouts, dry lots, or pastures.

We do offer additional services for boarders, including lunging, medicating, and trailer storage.
